On behalf of the doctors and staff of Bay State Animal Clinic, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your support over the past 50 years. As a small, privately owned veterinary hospital, we’ve welcomed the opportunity to care for your family pets. 

We are writing to inform you of an important transition: on April 1st, (no April Fool's joke!), Bay State Animal Clinic will merge with Putnam Veterinary Clinic. Our new location will be: Putnam Veterinary Clinic 374 Boston Street (Route 1) Topsfield, MA 978-887-3836, https://putnamveterinaryclinic.com/ 

Dr. Kay, our dedicated technicians, and our front desk staff will be joining Dr. Emerson, Dr. Illingworth, and their team at Putnam Veterinary Clinic. We are confident that this merger will allow us to continue providing the exceptional care you and your pets are accustomed to. 

We are sad to announce that Dr. Solomon will not be joining us in this transition. We will miss her dearly and wish her all the best in her future. 

As we navigate this transition, including moving appointments, transferring digital medical records, and integrating our staff, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Online Pharmacy and Prescriptions: 

We are pleased to share that Putnam Veterinary Clinic utilizes the same online pharmacy as Bay State Animal Clinic. We are currently working to transfer all auto-ship prescriptions. However, there is a possibility that re-registration may be required. Please be aware that orders placed after March 27th may experience delays. To ensure your pet's continued well-being, we strongly recommend that you stock up on necessary medications and food before this date, if you use an online pharmacy. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
